Strategic Business Planning 

Our approach to strategic planning is one rooted in delivering concrete, achievable, affordable and strategic results.  We begin strategic planning engagements with an organizational assessment that ensures that the plan developed builds upon strengths and addresses organizational weaknesses.  Strategic planning efforts without a grounding in capacity building risk creating plans that can actually undermine an organization's odds of success.  We refer to this approach as "strategic business planning."

Our strategic plans typically include comprehensive financial analysis and planning and detailed action plans (goals, objectives, tactics, timelines, outcome measures, associated costs).  We are not interested in creating great visionary documents that don't guide the daily behavior and decision making of your organization.
